When you submit a sample request, we collect the product, specification, budget, destination, factory preference, and production readiness details you provide, along with any files you upload (such as sketches, tech packs, reference images, or measurement sheets).

2. How we use it

We use the information in your sample request to identify suitable manufacturers, negotiate sample terms on your behalf, and keep you updated on the status of your request. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

Relevant product and specification details from your request are shared with the third-party manufacturers we identify as potential fits for your sample, so they can provide an accurate quotation and timeline. We share only what is necessary for that factory to assess your request.

4. In-progress requests

If you leave a sample request before submitting it, your progress is saved in your browser so you can resume later. This draft is not shared with anyone until you complete and submit the request.

5. Data retention

We retain submitted sample request data for as long as needed to support your request and any resulting production order, and to maintain accurate records of factory communications made on your behalf.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you have submitted, or ask us to delete a request that has not yet moved into factory negotiation, by emailing hello@samplehouse.com.
