1. What Sample House does

Sample House connects brands submitting a sample request with independent, third-party garment manufacturers. We review each request, identify suitable factories from our existing network, and negotiate sample terms on your behalf. We do not manufacture products ourselves.

2. Sample pricing and quotations

Any target price, budget, or currency you provide in a sample request is a starting point for negotiation, not a guaranteed price. Final sample cost, lead time, and minimum order quantity are set by the manufacturing factory and are subject to change based on your specifications, materials, and quantity. You will be shown the proposed sample cost and terms and asked to approve them before production of your sample begins.

3. Your submissions

By submitting a sample request, including any files, designs, sketches, images, or trademarks you upload, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to use and share the materials you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of the product specifications you provide.

4. No obligation to proceed to production

Submitting a sample request does not commit you to placing a production order. You may request a sample only. If you choose to move into production after approving your sample, separate production terms will be agreed directly with the factory, with our support if requested.

5. Third-party manufacturers

Samples and production orders are fulfilled by independent third-party factories. While we assess factories on product expertise, quality, capability, and past performance before recommending them, we do not guarantee the performance of any individual factory and are not a party to the manufacturing contract between you and the factory.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how Sample House operates. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
